Sell to us

Send the list. We will price it.

Decommissioned drives, servers, switches, GPUs — one unit or forty pallets. Send it however it already exists: a spreadsheet, an asset report, a photo of the labels. You do not need to format anything for us.

Two minutes. A person reads every submission.

1What are you selling?
Paste straight out of a spreadsheet. Model and quantity is enough — capacity and condition help, but guesses are fine.
One model per line. Rough quantities are fine.

2Where should the quote go?

One business day, no obligation. Your list is used to price the hardware and nothing else — we never sell or share contact details.

How it works

Four steps, and no surprises in the middle

The number we quote is the number you get. If what arrives does not match the list, we call you before anything moves — we do not quietly re-price a pallet after it lands.

STEP 01
Send your list
Spreadsheet, PDF asset report, or a photo of the labels. Model and quantity is enough to start.
STEP 02
Get a firm quote
Itemized by model within one business day, held for 14 days. Questions come before the price, not after.
STEP 03
Ship or schedule pickup
Prepaid labels for small lots, freight and pallet collection on anything over ten units. We cover it.
STEP 04
Verified, wiped, paid
Serialized on intake, erased to NIST 800-88, certificates issued. Payment on receipt and verification.
What we buy

If it lived in a rack, send it

Mixed lots are welcome. Sorting is our job, not yours.

Enterprise storage
Nearline and SAS HDDs, data center SSDs, NVMe, JBODs, disk shelves, and full arrays with or without trays.
Servers
Rack and tower from Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro, and Cisco — populated, stripped, or as bare chassis.
Networking
Switches, routers, firewalls, transceivers, and line cards. Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
GPUs & accelerators
Data center cards from NVIDIA and AMD — L4, T4, A2, A100, MI series, and workstation RTX.
Memory & CPUs
RDIMM, LRDIMM, DDR4 and DDR5, Xeon and EPYC trays. Loose sticks are fine, count them roughly.
Power & racks
UPS units, PDUs, redundant supplies, rails, and cabinets. Batteries assessed separately.

Dead hardware still has a number. Failed drives, stripped chassis, and end-of-life gear go to certified destruction and R2 recycling — with the paperwork your auditor wants. It is worth less than working stock, but it is not worth zero, and it should not go in a dumpster.

Data security

Your data never leaves with the hardware

  • Serialized on intake. Every unit is logged against your manifest before it moves anywhere.
  • Erased to NIST 800-88 Purge. Certificates issued per serial, emailed as a matched set with the intake manifest.
  • Destroyed if it cannot be verified. Anything that fails erasure is shredded to 20mm, never resold. There is no third option.
  • Witnessed destruction available. If your policy needs someone from your side in the room, we will schedule it.
Before you ask
Current resale demand for that exact model, minus the testing and warranty cost we carry. Because we test and resell in-house rather than brokering to someone who does, working hardware is priced as hardware. We will tell you which lines are carrying the value and which are close to scrap.
Send it anyway. Half-labeled spreadsheets, a photo of forty drive labels, an export nobody has opened since 2019 — we read all of it. If quantities or capacities are guesses, say so and we will quote a range, then confirm on intake.
No. Staged decommissions are normal — quote the whole estate, then release it in waves as racks come out of service. Pricing holds for 14 days per wave, or longer under a written agreement.
Yes, and it is usually worth more that way. Applied as credit against an order, your buyback carries a premium over the cash offer. Tell us what you are replacing it with and we will quote both sides together.

Still deciding what it is worth keeping?

Send the list anyway. A quote costs you nothing and it is usually the fastest way to find out whether a refresh pays for itself.
