Buy by the tray, not the unit
Tiered pricing from ten units, stock held against your project, and matched batches when your array needs identical firmware. Same testing standard as retail — you just stop paying retail for it.
Tiers start at ten units of the same model
Discounts are off listed pricing and stack on top of the refurbished saving already built into it. Mixed models count toward the same tier when they ship together.

Selling hardware back to us moves the maths further. Trade credit against an order carries a premium over the cash offer, so a refresh funded by the gear it replaces usually lands a tier higher than the budget alone would reach.
Built for people reselling this to somebody else
Most of it exists because resellers asked for it — the warranty pass-through in particular.
Ships to your customer with your packing slip and no AnyHDD branding anywhere in the box. Tracking comes back to you, not to them.
Coverage follows the serial, not the buyer. Your customer keeps the full remaining term, and you can either handle the RMA yourself or send them straight to us under your own name.
Same batch, same firmware, same revision where stock allows — the difference between an array that rebuilds cleanly and a support ticket six months out.
CSV or JSON of current inventory with quantities, grades, and your pricing. Point your storefront at it and stop quoting things we sold yesterday.
Reserve inventory against a signed quote for up to 60 days. Long programs get bought to forecast and warehoused until you call it off.
One person who learns what you run and flags stock before it hits the site. Not a shared inbox, not a rotating queue.
One business day from application to price sheet
What resellers ask first
No commitment to hold the account, and no monthly minimum. Tier pricing needs ten units of a model on a single order, but a quiet quarter does not cost you the account or reset your tier.
Your call. Coverage follows the serial number, so you can run the RMA yourself and keep the relationship, or hand your customer a claim link and we handle it under your name.
Tier 3 and above get intake visibility — your buyer flags decommissions coming through the bench before they reach the site, which is where the best pricing on a specific model usually is.
We do not do territory exclusivity — we would be promising something we cannot police. What we will do is hold stock against your quote so a project you are bidding does not get sold out from under you.
Yes, to around 40 countries, DDP quoted before the order goes out. Consolidated pallets are usually cheaper than per-order freight if you can batch a month of demand.
Plenty of partners do. You quote the refresh, we quote the buyback, and the trade credit funds part of the new hardware. You keep the margin on both sides and never handle a pallet.
Already know what you need?
Send the model list and quantities. You will get quoted at trade pricing while the account application is still being processed.
