Instructions

Please follow these guidelines before uploading your file:

• Enter one product per row
• Do not modify the column headers
• Complete all required fields:
  • Order Number
  • Product Serial Number
  • Purchase Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
• If multiple products belong to the same order, repeat the Order Number on each row
• Use the date format MM-DD-YYYY
• Upload only .xlsx files

Once completed, save the file and proceed with your bulk warranty registration.
