Questions we get asked.
What do the ANC settings do?
The ANC switch has three positions: off, Low (recommended for the office) and High (for loud environments).
Can it connect to my phone and my computer at the same time?
Yes. It remembers up to 8 devices and keeps 2 connected at once, including the BT700 adapter.
Can I wear the microphone on the other side?
Yes. Rotate the boom up and over; the headset senses the change and swaps left and right audio.
The smart sensors misbehave. How do I reset them?
Charge the powered-on headset on the charging stand for 10 seconds, or power it on while holding Mute for more than 4 seconds until the lights flash purple four times (don't touch the ear cushions while you do).
Is this the Teams version?
No, this is the UC version. It works with Teams and other softphones, but it has no dedicated Teams button; that is the Focus 2 Microsoft Teams model.
How quickly does it ship?
