Tested before it's listed

Certified refurbished means this unit crossed our bench — the same five stations every unit goes through — before it went in a box. Here is the short version.

  1. Intake

    Logged, identified, and checked against what it is supposed to be. Wrong part numbers stop here.

    Every function exercised on a real host — power, ports, video, data. If it has a job, we make it do it.

    Data erased, settings returned to factory, firmware brought current where the manufacturer supports it.

  5. Pack

    Cleaned, matched with the right accessories, and packed to survive the trip.

Units that do not pass are not relisted. They go back through, into parts, or to recycling — never into a box.
