What's in the box.

One cable. Your whole desk.
Plug the Dell WD19 (180 W) into a USB-C laptop and it takes over: up to 130 W of charging, up to three displays, Gigabit Ethernet and five USB ports, through one cable.

Charges while it works.
The 180 W adapter powers the dock and sends up to 130 W to a Dell laptop, or 90 W (USB Power Delivery 3.0) to any other laptop, over the same USB-C cable that carries the displays. On supported Dell laptops with ExpressCharge enabled, Dell lists batteries up to 100 Wh reaching 80% in about an hour with the laptop off.
The USB ports keep charging phones and power banks with no laptop connected, as long as the dock is on its adapter.

Up to three displays.
Pick your laptop and layout.
Two DisplayPort 1.4, plus HDMI 2.0 or the rear USB-C (one or the other: they share a channel). Choose your laptop's DisplayPort capability and how many screens you run.
Dell: the HDMI and the rear USB-C video port are toggled; only one of them can drive a display at a time.
With Intel graphics and the laptop screen on, Dell supports two external displays; NVIDIA or AMD discrete graphics support three external displays plus the laptop screen.
Figures from Dell's WD19 User Guide display resolution table. Each monitor's EDID also limits them; on Linux the external count is one less than shown. HDCP up to HDCP 2.2.
11 ports, front and back.
Video, network, USB and audio out on the back; USB-C, USB-A and a headset jack up front.

Questions we get asked.
Will the WD19 180W work with my non-Dell laptop?
Yes, if its USB-C port carries DisplayPort (Alt Mode): non-Dell laptops get 90 W (USB Power Delivery 3.0), video, USB and Ethernet. The dock's power button, Wake-on-LAN and MAC address pass-through work with supported Dell systems only. Dell supports its docks with select Dell systems; check the Dell Commercial Docking Compatibility Guide.
Why can't I use the HDMI port and the rear USB-C for two separate monitors?
Dell built the HDMI 2.0 and the rear USB-C video port as one shared output: only one of them can drive a display at a time. Use the two DisplayPorts plus one of those two.
Will the dock charge my phone with the laptop unplugged?
Yes. Dell calls it the charging station feature: with the dock on its own adapter, the USB ports charge a phone or power bank even with no laptop connected.
My connected devices stopped working after a power cut. What should I do?
The dock runs on AC power only and must renegotiate power with the laptop after an outage. Dell's reset: unplug the USB-C cable from the laptop, remove the adapter from the dock, connect the adapter first and the laptop second.
The fan comes on. Is that normal?
Yes. The fan is temperature-controlled with five speeds and runs briefly when you first plug in the adapter. A loud fan means it's running hot: clear the vents and keep the room under 35 °C. If over-temperature protection shuts the dock down, unplug the USB-C cable and power, wait 15 seconds, and plug the power back in.
How fast does it ship?
Every order ships with tracking. Delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.
What warranty comes with it?
One year from the date of delivery. It may also be eligible for the original manufacturer's warranty, but AnyHDD's own 1-year coverage applies either way.One year from the date of delivery, covered by AnyHDD.
What if I need to return it?
If it fails in the first 30 days, you choose replacement or refund. There is no restocking fee, and refunds go back to your original payment method. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, AnyHDD pays the return shipping; for any other reason the return label is yours to cover.
Is anything left on the WD19 180W from a previous owner?
No. Renewed units go through firmware and reset before they are listed: settings returned to factory defaults, and any stored settings cleared. We've supplied IT hardware to businesses since 2006.
