The 130 W adapter powers the dock and sends up to 90 W to a Dell laptop, or 90 W (USB Power Delivery 3.0) to any other laptop, over the same USB-C cable that carries the displays. On supported Dell laptops with ExpressCharge enabled, Dell lists batteries up to 92 Wh reaching 80% in about an hour with the laptop off.

The USB ports keep charging phones and power banks with no laptop connected, as long as the dock is on its adapter.

Graphics matter

The WD19 family is Dell's modular commercial dock line: managed, updated and serviced like the rest of the fleet.

Managed firmware

Dock firmware updates on Windows, Linux (fwupd/LVFS) and ChromeOS; command-line silent install for IT.

Asset management

Dell Command | Monitor and Microsoft SCCM report the dock locally and remotely.

The USB-C cable module comes off with two screws for field replacement.

Power button sync

On supported Dell systems the dock button powers on, sleeps or force-shuts down the laptop.

Works with what you already own.

Renewed, the way we do it.

Every WD19S 130W goes through the same five stations before it's listed. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

Stage 1

Intake and identification

Model, revision and service tag logged. Anything that isn't a genuine Dell WD19S 130W is rejected here.

Stage 2

Full functional test

Every port loaded, every video output driven, power delivery measured under load on a real laptop.

Stage 3

Firmware and erase

Latest Dell dock firmware applied. Any stored settings cleared.

Stage 4

Clean and grade

Housing cleaned and inspected. Cosmetic grade recorded.

Stage 5

Repack with the right adapter

Matched with a 130 W adapter and the cable set, packed in a new box.

Backed by AnyHDD's one-year warranty and 30-day returns, with free return shipping on defective items. We've supplied IT hardware to businesses since 2006.

Factory sealed.

This one is factory sealed, so it skips the bench entirely — it ships exactly as it left the manufacturer.

Sealed means sealed

New stock arrives sealed and stays that way, so there is no bench record to show.

Same coverage

It carries the same 1-year AnyHDD warranty as everything else on the site.

Questions we get asked.

Will the WD19S 130W work with my non-Dell laptop?

Yes, if its USB-C port carries DisplayPort (Alt Mode): non-Dell laptops get 90 W (USB Power Delivery 3.0), video, USB and Ethernet. The dock's power button, Wake-on-LAN and MAC address pass-through work with supported Dell systems only. Dell supports its docks with select Dell systems; check the Dell Commercial Docking Compatibility Guide.

Why can't I use the HDMI port and the rear USB-C for two separate monitors?

Dell built the HDMI 2.0 and the rear USB-C video port as one shared output: only one of them can drive a display at a time. Use the two DisplayPorts plus one of those two.

Will the dock charge my phone with the laptop unplugged?

Yes. Dell calls it the charging station feature: with the dock on its own adapter, the USB ports charge a phone or power bank even with no laptop connected.

My connected devices stopped working after a power cut. What should I do?

The dock runs on AC power only and must renegotiate power with the laptop after an outage. Dell's reset: unplug the USB-C cable from the laptop, remove the adapter from the dock, connect the adapter first and the laptop second.

The fan comes on. Is that normal?

Yes. The fan is temperature-controlled with five speeds and runs briefly when you first plug in the adapter. A loud fan means it's running hot: clear the vents and keep the room under 35 °C. If over-temperature protection shuts the dock down, unplug the USB-C cable and power, wait 15 seconds, and plug the power back in.

How fast does it ship?

Every order ships with tracking. Delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.

What warranty comes with it?

One year from the date of delivery. It may also be eligible for the original manufacturer's warranty, but AnyHDD's own 1-year coverage applies either way.One year from the date of delivery, covered by AnyHDD.

What if I need to return it?

If it fails in the first 30 days, you choose replacement or refund. There is no restocking fee, and refunds go back to your original payment method. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, AnyHDD pays the return shipping; for any other reason the return label is yours to cover.

Is anything left on the WD19S 130W from a previous owner?

No. Renewed units go through firmware and reset before they are listed: settings returned to factory defaults, and any stored settings cleared. We've supplied IT hardware to businesses since 2006.
