What's in the box.

Sounds like you're in the room.
Both ears on the call. The Voyager 4320 connects to your computer and your phone at the same time and lasts a full working day.

Your voice, not the room.
A noise-cancelling microphone with Acoustic Fence technology picks up your voice and turns down the conversations around you, so the person on the other end hears you, not the office.
- Acoustic FenceNoise-cancelling microphone that blocks background chatter.
- Microsoft Teams Open Office certified micAs listed in HP's datasheet.
- Voice assistantSiri and Google Assistant from the headset.
- SoundGuard DigitalAcoustic protection against sudden loud sounds.

Lasts the whole shift.
Up to 24 hours of talk time on a charge, and the charging stand tops it up whenever it sits on the desk.
Running low? Plug in the USB cable and keep talking: the battery charges in corded mode.
Battery: rechargeable Li-ion, 350 mAh. Figures from HP's Voyager 4320 datasheet (77Y99AA) and the Voyager 4300 UC user guide.

Questions we get asked.
Can it connect to my phone and my computer at the same time?
Yes. It remembers up to 8 devices and keeps 2 connected at once, and the BT700 adapter counts as one of them.
How do I connect it to my computer?
Plug in the BT700 USB adapter. It comes paired to the headset: turn the headset on and you hear "PC connected". If you ever need to pair it again, use HP Poly Studio Desktop (select the BT700, then "Pair new device").
Audio cuts out on softphone calls. What can I do?
In a crowded office the cause is usually Bluetooth density. Unplug the adapter, connect the headset with the 1.5 m USB cable and power the headset off: audio runs over USB, and the battery charges at the same time.
How long does it take to charge?
About 90 minutes for a full charge, on the charging stand or the USB cable. The headset lights turn off when it's done.
Will it work with my desk phone?
Not on its own. Desk phones connect through the Poly Voyager Office base, which is sold separately and not part of this bundle.
How quickly does it ship?
Every order ships with tracking. Delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.
What if it isn't right for me?
You have 30 days to return it, with free return shipping on defective items.
What warranty does it come with?
Every unit is covered by AnyHDD's one-year warranty at minimum.
Who is AnyHDD?
We've supplied IT hardware to businesses since 2006. Storage products we sell are erased to NIST 800-88 before they ship.
